Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Radeet (radeet.com), a digital loyalty-program platform operated by Yellow Polar SPC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman with its principal place of business in Muscat ("Radeet", "we", "us", or "our").

Radeet is a business-to-business service. These Terms are a contract between Radeet and the business subscribing to the service ("Business", "you", or "your") — not between Radeet and that Business's own customers. If you are a customer of a Business using Radeet (a "Cardholder") and have questions about your loyalty card or your personal data, please contact that Business directly; see our Privacy Policy for how Radeet's role differs for Business data versus Cardholder data.

By creating a Radeet account, or by using Radeet on behalf of a Business, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Radeet.

1. Definitions

  • "Business" means the legal entity or sole proprietor that registers for and subscribes to Radeet.
  • "Cardholder" means an individual customer of a Business who enrolls in that Business's loyalty program through Radeet.
  • "Program" means a stamp-card, points, or cashback loyalty program a Business creates and configures within Radeet.
  • "Staff" means individuals a Business authorizes to operate Radeet's in-store scanner on the Business's behalf.
  • "Wallet Pass" means the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass Radeet generates for a Cardholder.

2. Who Can Use Radeet

Radeet is available to businesses registered or operating in Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, or Bahrain. We may extend or restrict this list at our discretion.

You must have the authority to bind the Business to these Terms — for example, as an owner, partner, or authorized manager. By registering, you confirm that you have that authority and that the information you provide about the Business is accurate.

Radeet is intended for use by businesses and their staff, not by consumers acting in a personal capacity. If you are a Cardholder, your relationship is with the Business, not with Radeet.

3. Your Account

The Business owner's login credentials are managed through our authentication provider; Radeet does not itself store your raw password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Staff members access Radeet's in-store scanner using a name and a 4-digit PIN that the Business sets for them — not a full account. The Business is responsible for choosing which individuals receive a PIN, for revoking access when someone leaves, and for all actions taken using a Staff PIN, whether or not authorized.

Notify us promptly at the contact address in Section 19 if you believe your account or a Staff PIN has been compromised.

4. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

Radeet is offered on subscription plans described on our pricing page, billed monthly or annually as you select. All fees are billed in Omani Rial (OMR) regardless of the currency displayed to you for convenience elsewhere on the site — the currency shown at signup or in your dashboard is an estimate for reference only, and the amount actually charged is the OMR price converted at the payment gateway.

New Businesses may start a free trial of the length stated on our pricing page at the time of signup. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the scanner and enrolling new Cardholders; your existing data is not deleted when a trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email in advance of renewal where practicable. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself entitle you to a refund for the current period — see our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Amwalpay, an independent, PCI-DSS-compliant payment service provider, through a fully hosted payment page. Radeet never receives or stores your card number, expiry date, or CVV.

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-dashboard notice. Continuing to use Radeet after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price from your next billing cycle.

5. What Happens if a Payment Fails

If a renewal payment fails or is not made, your subscription is marked past due immediately. You will have a 10-day grace period to update your payment details or otherwise resolve the issue, during which the service continues to operate normally.

If payment is not resolved within that grace period, your account is suspended. Suspension stops your in-store scanner from issuing new stamps, points, or cashback, and stops new Cardholders from enrolling — but it does not delete your data, does not remove your dashboard or Billing page access, and does not stop existing Cardholders' Wallet Passes from continuing to display their current balance. Reactivating your subscription restores full functionality immediately.

6. Your Responsibilities Regarding Cardholder Data

As between Radeet and you, you are the controller of the personal data of your own Cardholders that you or your Staff enter into Radeet — for example, a Cardholder's name, phone number, email address, or (where your Staff choose to record it) date of birth. Radeet processes this data on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process each item of Cardholder personal data you or your Staff enter into Radeet, including obtaining any consent required by law in the country where that Cardholder is located. This applies in particular to any information your Staff record about a Cardholder beyond what the Cardholder submits themselves through Radeet's enrollment page (for example, a birth date recorded after asking a customer directly).

You must not use Radeet to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data (such as health information, religious or political affiliation, or biometric data) about your Cardholders.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Radeet to:

  • Run a loyalty program connected to unlawful goods or services;
  • Manually credit stamps, points, or cashback that do not correspond to a genuine customer transaction, for the purpose of misleading Cardholders or evading our fair-use limits;
  • Send Cardholders spam, unsolicited marketing beyond what they have agreed to receive as part of your loyalty program, or misleading content;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to Radeet's systems or another Business's data;
  • Interfere with or disrupt Radeet's infrastructure, including the scanner, wallet-pass generation, or billing systems.

8. Intellectual Property

Radeet and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Yellow Polar SPC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to Radeet's own brand, source code, or platform beyond the right to use the service as intended.

You retain ownership of your Business's own name, logo, colors, and program content that you upload. By uploading this content, you grant Radeet a license to display it — on your dashboard, on Cardholders' Wallet Passes, on your public enrollment page, and in related product surfaces — solely for the purpose of operating your loyalty program.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Radeet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Radeet depends on third-party infrastructure and services we do not control — including Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Amwalpay — and their availability is outside our control. We may also perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects the service.

Radeet is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radeet's total liability to you arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to Radeet in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radeet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Radeet harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your Program content or the way you operate your loyalty program; (b) your collection or use of Cardholder personal data, including any failure to obtain required consent; or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Radeet if you materially breach these Terms, engage in unlawful use of the service, or fail to pay fees due (see Section 5 for the standard non-payment process). Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your dashboard's Billing page.

On termination of your account — whether by you or by us — your Program data, including your Cardholders' loyalty history, will in due course be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered. We do not currently offer a self-service data export tool; if you need a copy of your data before termination, contact us in advance at the address in Section 19 and we will assist where reasonably practicable.

13. Third-Party Services

Radeet integrates with third-party services, including Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Amwalpay, to provide its features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-dashboard notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Radeet after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Radeet that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect its original intent within the limits of applicable law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radeet regarding your use of the service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these Terms.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@radeet.app, or by post to Yellow Polar SPC, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
