You're trusting us with your customers' names, phone numbers, and visit history. Here's exactly how we treat that today, and the promises we're making about what happens if we ever build something new on top of it.
Your customer list is yours.
We're a data processor for the businesses on Radeet, not a data broker. We never sell, rent, or hand your customers' information to another business, not now, not later.
No customer directory, ever, without asking you first.
We will never launch a feature that lets customers browse or discover other Radeet businesses without a separate agreement and your explicit, opt-in consent, not a checkbox you have to notice and uncheck.
The Radeet Account feature is your call.
Whether your customers even see the option to create a free Radeet account is a single toggle in your Settings: on by default, off in one click, with zero effect on how their cards or stamps work either way.
We'll tell you before anything changes.
Any future change to how customer data can move between businesses will be announced in writing, well in advance, with a real window to opt out, never a silent update to a policy nobody reads.
Your data stays walled off, business by business.
